Experience making sushi rolls and temari sushi

All tools and ingredients are provided here.
No special preparations are required, even during your trip.
You can easily experience Japanese food culture.

We provide fresh ingredients and delicious rice. The instructor will carefully guide you through
the process of arranging the ingredients and rolling them up
, so even beginners can feel at ease.

We will explain in
an easy-to-understand manner how to choose ingredients, as well as tips and tricks to make sushi rolls so that you can easily enjoy making them at home .

Matcha tea ceremony experience

This is a ryurei-style tea ceremony
that can be enjoyed casually at a table and chairs , rather than in a formal tea room . Even first-timers can participate with confidence.

We will explain in an easy-to-understand manner the process of making matcha and each step of the process. You will
not only learn the formality, but
also experience the Japanese spirit of hospitality.

Remembering the basic manners for drinking matcha
will be useful anywhere in Japan. Enjoy a relaxing time
with some delicious Japanese sweets .

15,000 yen per person

This program allows you to experience two aspects of Japanese culture at once: making sushi rolls and temari sushi
, and preparing matcha (standing tea ceremony) .

Flow of the experience

Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Opening remarks (10 minutes)

The instructor will give a brief greeting and explain the contents of the experience.
Each participant will then be asked to give a brief self-introduction before the experience begins.

Sushi-making experience (20 minutes)

The instructor will demonstrate how to make sushi rolls , and
participants will join in the challenge of making sushi rolls.
We will provide careful support so that even first-timers can enjoy the experience with confidence.

Temari sushi making experience (20 minutes)

Next, you will make temari sushi , a beautiful and uniquely Japanese dish.
Enjoy the shapes and colors while creating your own original sushi.

Sushi tasting (25 minutes)

You will be able to eat the sushi rolls and temari sushi you have made on the spot.
It is a time to enjoy the fun of making sushi and the deliciousness of Japanese food at the same time.

Matcha tea ceremony demonstration (15 minutes)

The instructor will demonstrate the matcha preparation and give a brief talk about the benefits of matcha, the basic etiquette of the tea ceremony, and the culture of the tea ceremony.

Participants will make their own matcha and enjoy it with delicious Japanese sweets.
This is a casual matcha tea ceremony experience that even first-timers can enjoy.
